How to install a rubber band on a banjo trampoline
Installing the BanjoFlex 8 PRO rubber band does not require any special tools, but it is important to follow a few rules to ensure maximum safety and longevity.
Installation instructions:
Prepare the frame - check that the fasteners are clean and free of burrs.
Unwind the elastic and cut into pieces of the desired length (usually 2–3 m on each side, depending on the design).
Secure the elastic band using standard carabiners, metal or plastic clips.
Check the tension - it should be moderate: when the child pulls, the elastic stretches, but does not "sag".
Conduct a test - make 3-5 test jumps (adults can do this) to make sure the system is working smoothly.
Important: avoid twisting, knots, and strong bends of the rubber during installation - this reduces its service life.
How to care for your BanjoFlex 8 PRO elastic band:
After the season, keep the rubber clean and dry.
Do not store in the sun - UV radiation accelerates aging.
Do not use chemicals for cleaning – only water and a soft cloth.
Inspect the elastic every 2-3 days for tears, microcracks, and stretched areas.
